Weaver birds make intricate nests out of plant material, carefully threaded and woven into a solid structure. They are the only birds recorded with the ability to tie knots. Most species weave nests that have narrow entrances, facing downward.
The male birds weave the nests and use them as a form of display to lure prospective females. If the female doesn't accept the nest made by the male, he then breaks it down and starts again!

Strictly nocturnal lizards, they spend the day in self-dug burrows and emerge at night to feed. Their skin has a translucent look, with some of the internal organs almost visible. They also have large webbed feet, which help them dig burrows in the sand and also allow them to easily run across the fine sand.
